STEP 1 – UNDERSTANDING YOUR OBJECTIVES

Many ski property buyers have a good idea as to the ideal apartment or chalet they would like to acquire in the mountains – where you most like to ski, micro-locations within the resort, and budget. If you have rented in the past, you will know the size and layout that works for your family. You may wish to prioritise access to the pistes, or a fine view of the mountains.
